I have been taking this every morning for over a week. I understand it usually takes a month or so to actually see results from supplements. It was recommended as a supplement by a functional mental health provider to help with adult ADHD and help with motivation. I honestly haven’t noticed a difference yet but I haven’t experienced any negative side effects either. Surprised by the taste. Not bad at all (citrus flavor). No heavy or bad after taste, easy to swallow. Much better than trying to swallow a huge pill. Will continue to take.

Pretty good product. I like the fact that I can really fine-tune the dose because the regular capsules (300 mg) are just too much for me as I feel tired with that dose. I ran a few tests and I really found the dose that doesn’t make me tired, but that improves my cognitive functions. I am really happy with the product!

Become fond of Alpha GPC choline, I use pill forms as well, but like most supplements. Not all are created equal. I do a ton of research before I do or try anything. If you have memory, focusing problems or brain fog. This liquid Alpha is great and taste like sugar. The Plant itself is very sweet so is this. Potent, clean and pure. My mom loves it now, keeps asking to get her some cause its been helping in every way. Even mood support. Stay on lower doses, smaller and build on if you want. So if you want help being alert give it a try. Haven't noticed any side effects as long as you dont take alot. Stay hydrated.

I was looking for a choline supplement and I settled on this one. So far I like it and it seems to work well. I'm pleased with my purchase. Packaging is great and looks to be a high quality product. It tastes good, is super convenient to take with the dropper, and comes in a glass bottle!!!
