no instruction on how to use it, tried without water and no color came out, then used it with water and the color was like watered mud. I wanted the same shade of brown as shown in the picture but that didn't happen so I was forced to not use it since it didn't produce any literal color.

For those wanting good reliable water based face paints, I bought a selection of these so that I could perform as the cowardly lion in a production of the Wizard of Oz. They were easy to apply and easy to wash off afterwards, but without running during the performances.

Item appears to be as described, but when it arrived it was taped closed (not in a sealed package) and hot glued to the Snazaroo container which made the paint wobble in the packaging as it wasn’t done very well. Also arrived with an odd yellow oil on it that I can only assume was something left over from the paint making process. I’m just assuming it is a returned product that they are reselling and hoping it is a genuine snazaroo paint quality product (texture seems to be that of quality snazaroo paints). Delivery was fairly quick. Overall I would purchase again.

I liked its durability (lasted the evening), easy to remove without skin reaction. I would have gone for a darker colour.
