Simple PEX option
Good fit. Installation of PEX option was very simple. No leaks that I’ve noticed so far, although I’ll continue to watch for a day or two before we close up the wall. Easy connection to existing CVPC using Sharkbite push connections. Part quality is good and worth the price.

A bit of a challenge
It took a bit of muscle to get the piping into place. Soldering was a bit tricky too, but I am not the best solderer. Valves work nice though. Make sure the half moons on the valve cylinders are pointed inward; the cylinders can be switched 180 degrees. If you are not mechanically inclined, you may want to hire a plumber or get the pex version.

Quality parts for a very good price
We bought a new bath faucet, but needed this to hook up properly. Plumber was happy with the quality of the parts and it works very nicely.

Great upgrade
Our existing tub faucet lost pressure and we were advised to use a delta. Package arrived with no issues. All parts and instructions included. I chose to use Sharkbites to do the install and they worked great. The only difficulty I had was bending the tubing to attach to the T. It was difficult to get everything square the first time. Someone with more experience with plumbing may not have the same difficulty. Overall it was worth it to do it myself. Attached trim and the tub is working again.

They work as advertised. Had no problem they were a near perfect match for original equipment.

Defective parts
It looked fine upon arrival, but of course my guys went to install it and noted that the copper is bent and expanded at the openings, compromising the fittings. I’m outside the return window and angry that I was charged over $100 for a defective product. Delta, please make this right.

Different installation idea, but a good one
I was a bit leary about this, as past roman tub faucets I have installed were one unit, where the valves, handles,a nd spout were integrated. Having installed this system, there is no better way to go. The plus is this is designed to be "sweated in" which means soldered connection. As the tub is typically in an enclosed wall, this eliminates the worries of a hose or fitting leak. The other BIG plus is you have a full half-inch line which can deliver 16 gallons per minute instead of 4 most faucets do. Filling my big tub in a fraction of the previous time is a great feature.
