Had to return it because the box came all smashed up. I didn’t open up the product I thought it was a little small for the price

My great niece loves this and keeps her busy being creative and working on motor skills.

Did not realize these were a bead refill only. It does not come with the board to put the beads on. It doesn’t say that anywhere in the packaging. It says refill but if you have never used these before, you wouldn’t know that you are missing a critical piece.

Definitely would buy more!

If you already have children with an Aquabeads beginner set and want some additional beads and templates, this is an inexpensive set that will keep them busy for a few hours. This is a kind of generic animals-themed add on set where you get 15 colors of beads, 3 templates and 3 stands to hold up your creations. All in all you get 610 beads: mostly rounds (340) but 40 “jewel” ones to be used for noses or eyes or whatever, and 230 star beads. We prefer the round beads in our household the best because they stick to each other the most easily and the star ones seem to leave a sticky residue, don’t dry as quickly, and seem more fragile at their joints. My son is really into animals so this set is great as an add-on. We love it for playdates at our house and so do the other kids. Each animal is good for at least 15 minutes of assembly (he’s five years old) and so it’s a great thing to get out when we have a playdate - the kids are quiet and concentrate on this craft and then they have something fun to take home. This set does not come with any storage trays (all of the beads come in little plastic bags that once ripped open cannot be closed again so I’d advise you have some sort of beginner set with storage trays. You will also need the beginner set because it’s most efficient to build on the plastic tray of the beginner set, sliding the template underneath that plastic tray. You also don’t get the little spray bottle with this add-on set but squirting the beads with any squirt bottle will do, so that isn’t important. Overall, this set isn’t an amazing licensed character set that will really get kids excited, but it is a good value and adds some variety to what can be made with the initial set. It is giftable as long as you know that the recipient already has other Aquabeads.

Mucho mejor que los hamabeads o como se diga, ahí está todo el día entretenido montando animales, y lo mejor que con un poco de agua se quedan pegados. Ya no hay que cargarse la plancha para que se queden pegadas las bolitas
