This is at least my second purchase of this product. I bought it because I wanted a plant based mineral product. The taste is not the best and I have to combine it with something like grape juice to disguise the taste but it’s good for me so I take it.

Drank this postpartum and it helped me recover quicker… had a lot more energy 2-3 weeks after starting it! I think it works! It definitely is bitter so it’s best to disguise it in juice,etc.

I have been taking this for years now, no one knows what effects mineral depletion has on us but it can not be good, this has all you need and I do not go without it ever!

I could not get past the taste. Just awful in my opinion. Even when I tried to mix it with a few different fruit-flavored water drops, I just couldn't get past the taste of this stuff.
