Locked and cant be opend

The day I received this product same day day it’s locked automatically. I tried to reset password as per the Manuel , reinstalled the batteries but not opening. I can’t even return the product because I have already put some money in to it to show my kids

I’ve purchased these multiple times as gifts for little kids a super cute and I definitely recommend getting your kids one. It’s a pretty good quality and the color variety is nice. I would say that it’s not worth the price, but it’s definitely handy for kids who are starting to earn a little money around the house or during the holidays.
