good exchange for another LiPO of the same ratings
The battery works fine and the polarity is correct, as it seems some others have noted a polarity problem. The plug on this size battery does not appear to be standardized so my light would not accept it. So I had to cut the leads on the old plug and solder them to the new battery. It then works and fits fine. To be fair, it has a big warning on the description to check the shape and size of the plug you want. But I could not find another battery with a proper connector. So, if you don't do much soldering, be sure the plug will fit your project.

Foot and works great
Used to replace the swollen battery in my headlamp. It was the right voltage and current but the positive and negative were reversed in the plug. They were easily changed to the correct positions and then it plugged right in and works great.

seems they corrected the polarity issues, I got the 1800mah lp103450 lipo battery, it's perfect!
The EEMB battery came in perfect condition, looked very fresh and well made, it took a charge perfectly, I used a lab bench linear powersupply, set it to, 4.2 volts, limited it to 1 Amp of current and progressively over the course of charging the onboard protection module slowly tapered off the current as it should, it came with a 3.6 voltage charge and I topped it off to 4.2 volts, it worked perfectly. I'm using it to power a Retekess Pr-15 pocket radio, I do wish I ordered the 1000 mah version since it would've been smaller, but it's fine, ill be cutting out the battery compartment and fit the lipo battery inside, the chip inside there can handle 4.5 volts, so it should be fine. After I spray out the volume control, headphone jack and volume/power switch with deoxit d5 contact cleaner and lube, I'll also be recapping the radio "there are only two Electrolytic's inside, but they're junk, so they'll be replaced with Panasonic KS-A series ECE-A1AKS221 and ECE-A1AKS101 they'll be ordered from mouser electronics as you really can't trust ebay or amazon for good quality official parts like that, perhaps I'll also put a Visaton K 50 FL - 16 ohm 2" mylar 1w rms speaker also available at mouser inside there too. Looking at the frequency response which was very nice and generally having good experience with visatons woofers and subwoofers, tweeters and other full rage speakers in the past, I could only imagine how clear it would be. Would just have to expand the speaker hole. To charge this lilo from 5v USB power, I picked these up 10Gtek# 1A 5V 18650 Lithium Battery Type-c USB TP4056, Charging Board with Protection Charger Module, Pack of 3 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KRK4MJR?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 just clip off the crappy jst connector and solder the batteries wires where they have to go and you're good.

Seems to work good so far
I bought this to replace a battery in an Ecoxgear speaker. They don't sell the battery anymore for this speaker so I pulled the battery out and found this one. I had to switch the black and red wires at the connector but it seems to work great. It takes a charge and seems to last for a decent period of time.

Works fine
I've had no issues with the battery, works as intended. Check the battery polarity on your board though. If you are getting this for the RAK meshtastic, you will need to reverse the wires.
