In my 30+ years of using tech, I've NEVER seen a worse piece of equipment or company to deal with. Their written instructions are from 2018, their setup video's are from 2020 and all are seriously outdated. They've also no setup instructions for MAC's whatsoever. They don't provide ANY end user support and the setup is extremely complicated. I'm the end user and had to use another product in the end that was easy to install. Ultimately 2 IT professionals tried to set up Engenius extender but were unable to get this product to work. both PC and Mac were tried. Over 25 hours were spent trying. Even the company I bought this from couldn't get support from Engenius. Engenius products are utter garbage and it's astonishing that they are still in business. Avoid like the plague.
