I recently installed a RO system that I bought on Amazon that included a chrome faucet. I needed a brass model so I did some research, read a lot of reviews and settled on this one. It's a perfect match to our current kitchen faucet which is a bit more dull and darker than shiny brass. Installation was a breeze, the hole size noted at 1/2" is spot on. I bought a 5/8" bit as well as 1/2" but didn't need it. It fits the 1/2" hole perfectly. It came with everything needed to install and connect it. It works perfectly, no leaks and looks great. I definitely recommend this item.

This brushed gold tap is a beautiful addition to my new kitchen. I matched it to the color of my kitchen sink faucet and it looks amazing. The stream works well too, fills a glass quickly. Overall good value for money.

I bought it in 2023. After two years of use, the faucet started dripping. I’m now trying to figure out how to reach out to customer service to understand how to fix it but it seems there is no customer service

We got this to replace the faucet that came with our new RO system. It was garbage - cheap materials, non-secure nut below the sink cut-out that constantly worked loose causing the faucet to rotate, and most irritatingly a very acute bend in the faucet. What I mean by this is that the bend was so tight you couldn't set a water bottle down in the sink and fill it - you had to stand there and hold the bottle under the faucet. All those issues went away when we got this faucet. It was not terribly expensive for the quality. Metal, not plastic. We had our water treatment guy install it, but very straightforward. Notably, the hardware to secure it under the sink was of much better quality and result than previous. And the bend is the faucet is much shallower, meaning it reaches farther out into the middle of the sink so you can easily set things down in the sink and fill them without having to stand there. Finally, the finish of this faucet matches our existing kitchen sink faucet and fixtures (the previous one did not) - another win. Overall, could not be happier with this product. A good buy.
