Got this item, excellent for listening to music, no complaints, however attending calls outside home premises, does not work and other side person never heard sound and always complained, ultimately disconnecting bluetooth. Even Teams.Zoom conference calls never were clear. So disappointed, expected much more from this basic model from Sony.

It's perfect for music lovers and is budget-friendly, I gifted this to my younger brother and he loved it.

Great for Sony to come up with cheaper earbuds which do not compromise too much on quality. Sound is good and has an equaliser to customise listening experience. For me, bass is good with the equaliser. Touch controls appear to also be pretty good and responsive. Only negative comment is that it has no ANC and the buds may fall off if exercise is too vigorous.

You must download the app and adjust the equailizer to obtain the optimal sound which is a great benefit that allows you to customise your frequencies to your preferences. I was immediately impressed and have remained impressed with the sound quality of these earphones. It took me a minute to realise how to twist the earphones back and forth until a vacuum was created which kept them firmly attached with no chance of them moving, until then they kept falling out of my ears. The noise cancelling feature works very well, great for flights. The microphones are too sensitive which meant that whilst using them in phone calls or video calls, people on the other end would complain about being able to hear me over the background noise.

Lovely little earbuds for a great price, sound is clean, but also customizable to your preferences via the Sony app. Medium buds were too large for my ears but the package includes small and large options as well, the smalls fit me well. Definitely a good buy if you're looking to get into the wireless earbud space at an affordable price!
