The best ylang ylang

I decided to try the Tisserand brand for my water diffuser in my bedroom. I am a big fan of Neal's Yard but they are fairly expensive so I wanted a back up brand that offered good value for money and quality. I bought this on the basis of Amazon reviews and I was not disappointed. This are easy to drop out - some brands are not and came out at the perfect rate being not too slow (where you have to beat it into submission and it goes against the calm that you wish to achieve!!!) or so fast that half the bottle has shot into your diffuser or hand. I knocked one scent off because to me this smelled a little chemically - but it is always hard to leave reviews like this as smell is a very subjective thing. Great quality and value for money though.

Another fantastic oil from Tisserand! I've said this before, but, I've used cheaper brands of essential oils which have been good. However, Tisserand oils are something else! They smell divine! I like to use this in the shower - I use 1 drop on my natural sea sponge mixed with Dr Bronner's Castile soap and it leaves my skin soft and fragrant for hours. I also mix 1 drop with a small amount of organic jojoba oil as a face moisturiser. Everyone has commented how nice and fragrant my skin is 🙂. Ive also mixed it with 1 drop of jasmine and a couple of drops of roman chamomile to burn in an oil burner. Smells divine for hours! I would highly recommend this oil.

I love the aroma of this particular ylang ylang. I qualified as an aromatherapist decades ago and I think this is the nicest ylang ylang I have had. It has the heady ylang ylang aroma with a lightness that makes it perfectly balanced and delightful to use.
