I love this incense! It smells great but not overpowering.

Smelled really good. My only quibble is that the sticks are short so burn down fairly quickly.

OK, off the top, I'm not being paid or given freebies to say this. Having been raised Catholic as a baby boomer, I've loved incense ever since I can remember. And as a member of the high school class of 1969, my love was re-enforced by my generation's counter-culture. After college I was diverted by other pursuits. It was only less than a decade ago, having stopped smoking and being re-exposed to incense by a son entering his teens, that once again this subtle enchantment from my youth entrapped me. Five years ago I became an empty nester, and since then I've been searching for an incense like this. First and foremost, the scent. There are different scents, I won't pretend to judge yours or say this should be it. But to me, it recalls sweet memories of my childhood and more turbulent ones from an adolescence whose jagged edges time has sanded down. They no longer wound, but still jab straight at the heart. But whatever it means to you, so long as it is pleasing, you will find it is a long-lasting and penetrating scent. In the morning you will be welcomed by the echo of its fragrance evoking a long-lost memory when you walk into the room you used it in the night before. Call it the scent of memory, or of nostalgia. I found the scent to be, yes, forthright, but not at all overpowering, and not even bold, not really. True, if you want just a background hint of incense, it may be more than you want when you're in the room as it is being burned. Also, each stick lasts longer than those of many other varieties, most of an hour, I think, thought I haven't timed it (I just got these two and a half days ago and am too delighted to wait for "proper" testing before reviewing). So the fragrance builds. But just then, as the scent mounts, it becomes like the Force: "it surrounds us, it penetrates us, it binds the galaxy together." I'm getting ready to place another order for two more packages. No, I've not gone through my first order, but I want a batch for my living room/kitchen/living room area and another for my office upstairs, where I spend most of my time when home. Why *two* more then, if I already have one? Because I want to make sure I don't run out. When the spare bundle is put into service, it'll be time to order another. In other words (affecting my best BBC Radio accent), "One is not entirely disappointed with the product." But in good old 1960s American, I'd just say "far f***ing out." Like, seriously awesome.

It does not smell like a catholic church. If that was what you were wondering about and wanted to buy, move on. I learned this the hard way. It smells Indian. Very Indian. Not Indian cooking,, Indian soap would be a fitting description. It smells awesome a very clean, not overwhelming, not cloying. Just a somewhat feminine floral scent that sticks around after the stick has ended. By the way it burns for a really long time. Noticeably long. This is not dollar store incense. You pay a premium but it is a premium experience which in regards to incense sticks, is a first world problem if ever. It's totally worth trying just know know that you're getting Mumbay instead of Rome

I love this brand. I have used incense my entire life. I also have a very sensitive nose and a lot of allergies and sinus issues. This makes burning incense very tricky. I used to use Gonesh in the gold pack. For years they were the best. Then they started cutting corners and quality drastically declined. For the past few years I have been searching for a replacement. I've tried several different brands, most with horrible results. This brand, however, is amazing. Everything about these incense sticks is perfect. I hope the company maintains a very strict quality standard so they cann continue to be the best.

These Frankincense and Myrrh incense sticks are wonderful. Use them every day. I love that they’re organic and burn evenly without being overpowering. A beautiful, high-quality product.

I guess I'm just used to the old fashioned incense that were big. These are very thin and small. I know real frankincense and myrrh are very expensive maybe thats why they're so small. But I'd rather pay more and get the real deal as well as have them last longer because these burn for a very short period of time and the scent doesn't linger you have to keep burning them to keep the scent going. I wanted to love them but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend them.

Soy muy aficionado a los perfumes de incienso y el olor de estas varitas es delicioso, suave y nada cargante, de las mejores que he comprado , a los 3 dias de tenerlas en casa un amigo que me visitó pudo oler el aroma y me encargó otras cien para él, las recibiré el Lunes. Os las recomiendo y en serio no tengo comisión.

huelen genial, llegaron en su tiempo y funcionan muy bien, aunque me los imaginaba mas gordos como los que venden en las ferias pero vamos están muy bien los recomiendo

If you like perfume then buy these because they are absolutely gorgeous! I've been burning Oils, waxes and J. Sticks for over 40years and as J.Sticks go theses are the best. Fragrant but in no way heavy on the nose like some are. A real treat if you like your scents and this is one of them buy these and you won't be disappointed. If anyone has found a different fragrance please let me know if possible. Yep! They're great.
