Us the supplied Hex head nut attaching the 7" swivel to the legs. Secure with the locking washer and nylon lock nut. Purchase M6-1.00 x 20 Pan Head or Hex Head or Hex Cap screws. Attach the legs with swivel with a locking washer and bolt. Easy peazy. It's easy enough to figure out on your own as well.
