Magnesium as malate, glycinate, & citrate are good. but magnesium (& zinc) oxide is cheap & bad 4u. available without oxides?

Hi! Thanks for your question. Magnesium Oxide has many benefits associated with it. This is why it is included in this product. There are many forms of magnesium as you've mentioned and they also have benefits. The concern that one may hear about magnesium oxide is that it can cause adverse side effects, but this is only at large amounts such as over 1,000mg per day. But, sometimes people may want the "side effects" for their own situation such as constipation, as that can help them go #2. Anything taken in excess will cause side effects, even magnesium malate, glycinate & citrate, and we don't advise taking anything in excess for anybody. Our product only has 125mg per capsule. Well under any concerned amount. You'll be able to see the benefits people mention in the reviews. If you want a different magnesium we do offer our Magnesium Complex with a combination of oxide and citrate. Also, one may hear that magnesium oxide is less "bioavailable" than other magnesiums. This is correct, but although magnesium oxide does have benefits it is not the main ingredient in this product. If you're looking for a magnesium product we suggest getting a magnesium-specific product. There are more important and more valuable ingredients in our Gluco Support, which is the purpose of this product and why one would want to get this. The combination of all the herbs, berries and powder extracts are what provide the great value for people with this product. Is this product contain fish and is it gluten free?

Hi! Our product is GMO Free and does not contain fish nor gluten. However, we do produce other products in our facility that contain wheat and fish. Response to seller: already take mineral complex, biotin, c, etc. looking for the herbal ingredients in this without the minerals??

Works well

I like this product, because it helps me with my blood sugar. I started on a popular drug M but could not forgo the side effects. I stopped it started the famous herb B and it was like taking M. I found this and at first it burned my stomach, but I started taking with meals as directed and i am good so far. However, I can only take 1 cap a day. It has 50 mgs of cinnamon and I’m scared of liver issues. Plus it makes my kidneys hurt if I take more a day. You have to adjust to you. Everyone is different.

Seems to be...no, definitely working!

I noticed on a blood panel drawn for an unrelated reason my fasting sugar was up to 123...pretty uncomfortably close to diabetic (I've been "prediabetic" for years). I bought Dr. Bo's product in a panic since I already eat fairly healthy (let's face it, I'm sure we could all do a little better). After a week I checked it again with a home glucometer and it's down to 109...and that was after a big dinner out at a restaurant! I can't say for sure it's all Dr. Bo, but I really haven't made any other major changes to account for it. I'm sticking with Dr. Bo for now. Fingers crossed it's just this easy to keep my sugar under control! Update: I wanted to see if I could get my sugar lower (109 is still above normal). Added another tablet for a total of 3 a day. After a week I checked again and it's down to 96! Normal! I'm a believer in Dr. Bo! Added that fifth star because this product deserves it! Can you tell I'm very excited?!

I do not think that I can fully judge the product yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and since the product is so cheap you can try it out quite easily.

Lost weight and feel great!

Within 3 weeks I lost my belly bloat (9 lbs) and definitely had more positive energy, without jitters. I only take 2/day (one in AM and PM), but I’m only 5’ and 125 lbs so I usually take less than recommended dosage. This is my second product from Dr. Bo and am thrilled with the results of both. I also did Colon Cleanse and it seriously is a miracle pill…worked gently after taking it 2 nights (2 pills each night) without the pain or “grossness” that comes from taking laxatives.

It’s significantly reduces your blood sugar to a normal level

I wish I would’ve found found it sooner. I wish I would’ve tried it sooner because it has significantly lowered my blood sugar levels to level. The doctors are going. Unbelievable that’s a pretty good. I recommended highly
