I found out pretty quick that I can't take this everyday. When I do take it for my tinnitus, I take a half tab, twice a day. I was taking a full tab with breakfast for about a week until I noticed my sleep metrics were very off. I, normally, have a resting heart rate of 55-58. During this week it was up to the high 60's. This supplement definitely has a stimulant effect. I shared it with a few friends and they confirmed that effect. My advice: take it slow. Tablets break easily.
