They didn't just replace the remote but sent an entire new set of lights.They expedited shipping too. Outstanding customer service! The music/mic option is a very cool feature. Remote has jump and fade options, timer and more. The three strips attached easily.In addition, the app works well too!

The media could not be loaded.  These lights were very easy to work with. The stickiness was real strong, however, I decided to use a hot glue gun so they would permanently mount to the metal. I ran 2 strips 1st and it looks good. I may buy a wifi enabled controller to have Alexa turn it on and off. These do have a timer, strobe to music, etc. Worked perfect for my application and I have a strip left over I can use somewhere else.The app works great and I alternate between the app and the remote. The led lights add a nice dim sense of pride up on my flag like that when you see it from outside!!!I have heard once you buy LED strip lights like this, you will want to install more. Welllll, I am already on Amazon finding more, finding parts, control boxes, etc. These are all universal. I will stick to this seller, since they came fast and I already have some, you can add sperate strips and control with the app too!!!

Really cool lights that work well and stick. Our only issue is whatever frequency they work at so do all the remotes in our home. Our tv remotes, sound bar, and blu-ray all change the colors on them. So just be careful when pointing your remotes and you’ll be fine. Lol don’t go crazy if you change the channel and all of the sudden your lights change color or are flashing in the red, blue, green pattern because we were like what the hell the first few times. Also I wished they worked with our Apple Music on our phones. It doesn’t seem to sync. But totally worth the money if you can overlook the remote issues because they stick super well. It took me 10 minutes to put 50 feet of lights around a room so I think that’s really good!

I was extremely impressed by these. They’re easy to install, however I did not use the adhesive backing on the light strip itself, in case I want to move then later on. The remote control works well enough, but you have to make sure you’re in direct line of the receiver for it to work. I have not been able to get the phone app to sync with the lights to use my phone as a remote instead. I also like that you are able to adjust the brightness and that the white light on high provides enough light for me to read a book at night. The fact that black light poster illuminates is an added bonus!Update: so I’ve had these since August and sometimes, the lights randomly change to red after a while.

Bought it for my kids' bedroom. Pro- Long enough to cover the full ceiling. Instead of using all three starting connects, I used only 2 of them and attached the last strip to the first one as extention. Once installed, it not very visible and syncs well with the white roof. Easy to operate and the app was really cool feature. Easy to learn and operate. They could be very bright and I recommend using it at lower brightness. Timer, dimmer and preprogrammed features are cool to have.The con: Which is not just specific to this product but to all such lights, that you have lots of wires to hide. I selected behind the door to hide wires. Add to it the 2 black boxes (see pic) to hang. The double sided tape was helpful, but would have been good to have more than one to stick the electric box too.Overall the length and the price worked well for me.
