Works well, simple to use, very loud and suitable for elderly people
I’m not sure why people are posting bad reviews for this. It’s easy to use, and set up. I just plugged it in and programmed the address book, and the memory buttons without using the instructions. The only downside was the latter did not allow selection from the address book, I had to put the name and numbers in again. Having said that the cordless handset automatically synced and I did not need to program M1, M2, and M3. Very good for old people. My 84 year old mum can just press the buttons with names on them and the phone auto dials and activates the speakerphone. The volume boost button makes the handset volume incredibly loud. I cannot see how it could be any louder so do not understand the bad reviews regarding this. caller Id for incoming calls matching address book entries also works without issue.

Overall Great Phone.
Got these for my partners elderly parents. -The Ring is plenty loud enough. -The 3 memory buttons are brilliant and work with just a single press. -The intercom is good but would have preferred to press just 1 button on the handset rather than having to go into the menu (but its at the top of the menu so not to bad) - The handset locater is hidden at the back of the main base unit, at the front would have been less of a faff. -There is no backlight for the buttons Overall this phone is good and does what it needs to

Being able to hear.
I bought this for my Mum for her Birthday in may 2023 and I live a long way from my Mum and she needed a new phone because she was struggling with her earing and thought this would be brilliant, the sound isn't loud enough, she can hear it ring but she can't hear me when I speak so we can have a chat, this is the first time I have been over to see her, because I haven't been well enough to travel and when I tried to sort them out, which I am quite capable of doing, as I thought, the set up leaflet was very poor, the diagram of the phone wasn't the same in some places and the volume button only goes up to 5 and the side button doesn't make it louder, it sounds like someone is talking from the other side of the room and very fuzzy, I was so disappointed, the advertisement sounds fantastic but unfortunately it doesn't do a quarter of what it says. I wouldn't recommend this phone.

Ringer and loud speaker really good on one phone out of two
One of these phones is much better than the other, and really good. Who knows why? But both ring louder than my old cordless ones, so I am happy. Not sure their system of callers is the best, but it is OK and I only wanted a phone I could hear ring and which would be loud and clear when I spoke.....

Practical and useful
Excellent for anyone hard of hearing and who also prefers larger buttons to press when dialling numbers.
