I got this product to assist with obtaining a healthy gut and immune system function. It is easy on the stomach and has 4 billion CFU which I have learned is great for my particular situation. It makes me feel as though it is creating a healthy gut flora and is busy at work while I go about my business of eating healthy to support it's efforts. Synchro provides great resources for probiotics, as I have taken their Megaspore before and loved it as well. So I don't think you can go wrong with either formula!! Highly recommend!!

So excited that besynchro has made the move to deliver spore-form probiotics. I've had amazing results in the past (primarily with skin and digestion) with Mega Sporebiotic, and to have a cheaper alternative from a company that I trust is awesome. Bonus points that this does not need to be refrigerated as I'm on the road a ton and really appreciate the probiotics when I can't control my food quality and sleep schedule as well as when I'm at home.

Seemed good at first....then produced major forgetfulness and brain fog. Just my personal experience.

Product ok as far as I can tell. Package shipped in an unsealed box. Would like to have seen the box taped.

I went to a functional medicine nurse practitioner and found that the probiotic I was using was causing problems rather than helping me, so she suggested this type of probiotic. I take one that can't be bought other than through the practitioner, but when I run out of that before I see her again, this is the one that I use to fill that gap.
