Excellent quality, trully non-stick, medium weight for a non-stick aluminum pan. I like the high side and the lid. The lid is space saver. Great for the money.

This non-stick pan has made my life so much easier!! It’s big enough that I can cook a lot more food than I was able to on my smaller pans, so it saves me a lot of time and energy. It’s pretty deep and so much fits into it, I never worry about overfilling when cooking for 4 people. It’s ridiculously easy to clean too, though the heaviness takes down getting used to for a quick handwashing. The heat distributes pretty evenly, and the lid works great to keep the moisture in. It is big enough that it nudges into my other burner space, but I can still fit my mid-size Dutch oven right behind it. I’ve ever had an issue with anything sticking, granted I always use oil or butter anyway. Despite its size and my being a tiny person, this has become the powerhouse to my cooking schedule. I use non-metallic tools and I’ve never had any scratch issues. It looks nice and works amazingly. The non-stick is even better than my smaller Le Creuset pans. Couldn’t ask for more honestly.

Best purchase ever! High quality, easy to clean. Baked shepherds pie right in it, in the oven. No issues. I love this !

I bought this pan 2 years ago at half the price. (Platinum version). It was great and even survived the dishwasher a handful of times. I never tested the oven because I just don’t like the idea of nonstick in the oven. I took a star off because the bottom even when new was never flat, the middle is raised/domed ever slightly so all liquid or oil pools on the edges which causes food to burn in the middle slightly if you aren’t on watch. I recently scratched the surface pretty deep by shredding pork with a fork and tongs lol. I guess I wasn’t as careful as I thought. I came here to replace the pan but now seeing it’s double in price from a few years ago… I may just stick with my stainless steels while I wait for this to go on sale because I don’t think it’s worth 75 dollars.

Works perfectly on our 12" induction hob. Heavy duty construction, it heats evenly and the handles remain cool during cooktop cooking. Holds a lot without boil-over. Lid is OK, can't see through it as condensation obscures the view, and the handle does get hot. Haven't tried it for oven use. The non-stick coating works well, don't know yet how durable it is as we don't put pots and pans in the dishwasher, and we only use wood or soft plastic utensils.

Now this is a pan folks. I can fit catfish, nutria parts, quail, and a couple of deer burgers in this bad boy and scald em up right quick.

I bought this pan about a year and a half ago and I’ve used it for a ton of different food. Fried chicken, fried shrimp, pot roast, chili, beef stew, pork chops, even cornbread. It cleans up so easily with no effort at all. After constant use for a year and a half the pan is still in excellent shape. But I’ve never washed in my dishwasher, so I don’t know if that would affect it after a year and a half. I hand wash, towel dry and let it sit out until it’s thoroughly dry before putting it away. It’s like brand new after all the use I’ve put it through. It’s a real bargain for the price.

2nd one of these. First one was fine but eventually non-stick surface scratched over several years which I suppose is somewhat expected. Second pan was the platinum upgrade version, however, inside bottom was not flat. It was ever so slightly domed in the middle. This resulted in any cooking oil flowing to the outside edge making light frying difficult. I should have just returned it instead of spending 6 months being frustrated every time I used it, however, as far as I'm concerned at this price point, a flaw like this is unacceptable. Switching to US brand.
