Q: Does this camera support betaflight osd for my goggles?

It supports all analog goggles for the betaflight configuator

Q: i'd like this to be mounted on a RC tank with joystick controller for crawlspace inspection. Do i need a transmitter for this?

Yes you will need a vtx for it to send images to your goggles or other video monitoring device. This camera would be awesome on a tank. Do remember that in a crawlspace there is a large variety of objects that can interfere with the vtx video signal. I would suggest a vtx that can push 600 to 800mW. Also for low light areas you may want some lighting mounted on your tank for better video.
