I have 4C hair and this gel really impressed me. It gives great definition and helps stretch my curls a bit without making them feel stiff or flaky. My hair stays soft and manageable, and the shine it gives is a nice bonus. I used to buy this back when I lived in the US, so I’m really glad to find it available here in the UK now. It works perfectly with the Curl La La — definitely worth a try if you love defined, moisturised curls that last.

Works well on 4c hair. Used it for finger curls on my son and it came out really good and lasted for 2 weeks with no flaking at all.

I have 4c hair and I think... This product is great for those who are looking to do a washngo or a leave out. The best way to use this product is by layering it with a small-ish layer of hydrating product eg. leave in conditioner or even a hair oil specifically for those with tighter curls but for looser curl I would say apply the product first then hydrating product after wards. The reason its only 4 stars is because is because i found that if you put too much on your hair it'll start to feel dry especially if your hair is dry before hand so I say a little goes a long way. Also If you are defining curls and you don't want your curls to be coily and more elongate and loose use a little if you prefer a coily look use about a dime-sized amount and part your hair before applying then finger coil and brush. Lastly if you are using this product in your daily hair care routine please be careful of how much you use as it can lead to product build up.

I saw this product on an advert on a particular hair style, so I decided to try it out with the exact same product and it gave same curls out come. So I will I recommend.

Love this brand for my girls type 3c hair. Marked this particular item down as it says you can add to damp hair but if you use on day two sprayed damp hair, it will leave residue. Only for use in day one 'out of bath/shower' wet hair. If using like this is works well and does control frizz better than leave in and curl custard only.

This is a good gel to use for styling your hair e.g. wearing ur hair down etc but not to do slick backs. This gel smells so nice and I think it’s worth the money. It’s quite a sticky gel but not too much I think it’s perfect

I prefer to make my own flaxseed gel. The only good thing is that it's clear and therefore won't leave marks on your clothes. It doesn't elongate your hair. No gel can do that. The soul purpose for gel is to hold your curls in place. Therefore, your hair will shrink up. Don't believe the hype.

This product has to be one of the best, it defines my curls and it lasts throughout the day into the next, just make sure you wet your hair before applying it though in case you get residue. Makes my hair feel really soft as well and it leaves a nice texture, definitely recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

I am a regular repeat buyer of this hair gel. I have super dry, frizzy, curly hair (that I often straighten.) And I love how this hair gel slicks it down and controls frizz and fly-aways but without ever making it crunchy or crusty. It's the best!
