After many years of suffering and sweating on the bathroom floor, I bought this to help with irritable bowel syndrome. It works a treat! I used to have episodes after eating lots of pepper or gluten. Now, neither of these seem to bother me. I haven’t had an episode since I started taking them. No side effects for me either. Highly recommend.

I have been using these probiotics for years and they are fantastic! They have been especially helpful to me this past year while it was necessary for me to be on very aggressive antibiotics over the course of many months. Taking these 2 -3 three hours before or after my antibiotics is a great counterbalance that keeps my stomach from becoming upset. The company’s quality control is also phenomenal and consistent. Other family members have multiple food allergies are are also grateful for this product being gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and non-gmo. Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially if you have food allergies and need a very high dose CFU.

This probiotics are the best. I bought 2 bottles 1 for my daughter and 1 for me and I will definitely use them again! Me and my daughter have been feeling better since we started using it.

I was taking these for about 3-4 months and they did a great job, but unfortunately they stopped testing for allergens so I had to try and find something else. I'd recommend for anyone without allergies, though. Great product.
