Westin Exclusive Heavenly Bed - 14" Pocket Coil Mattress with Quilted Pillowtop - Mattress and Box Spring Set - Queen - Standard Box Spring (8.75")

First, we sent back the box spring because it made the bed about 4ft high. Unopened. They refused to refund. Within 3 months the mattress started sinking in the center. We’ve used plywood to make sure it’s not the frame. My lower back started to hurt, hip pain, then shoulders and upper back, finally now knee pain. Restlessness, my oura ring shows that I lose 2-3 hours of sleep a night. Save your money. This is garbage and the seller knows it, therefore unwilling to refund.

I didn't realize how tall the bed would be. I should have ordered shorter boxsprings. I'm concerned about the edge breaking down from me sitting on it to get in bed. Also a little concerned about sagging but will for sure be turning it often. It is much better than the Sleep Number bed we had however.

When I purchased this mattress I gave it a 5 star review. However, over the course of 2 years it seems like the 'memory foam' pillow top retained too much memory and gradually became 2 depressions of where our bodies sleep. Now after 5 years its as if the pillow top doesn't exist. If I lay on my stomach, I can feel the springs of the mattress on my ribs. The typical mattress lasts 7-10 years, it's hard to believe that for what this one cost that 5 years is max. What a disappointment.

Biggest piece of crap I ever bought. Their customer service sucks and consistent with the unfortunate decline in their hotels as well. The 30 day return policy as posted is BS , no returns on mattresses ! Don’t waste your money

I bought this mattress 5 years ago directly from the Westin website after staying at the Westin and falling in love with it. My mattress looks exactly like the one that I slept on but does not feel the same at all. I have been disappointed since the first night I slept on it but it was not returnable so I kept it. Now, 5 years later it is sagging terribly.

This is not the Westin heavenly they use at hotels, even though they market it as such. The mattress started sagging after 3 months and gave me severe back pain. I had to move it into the guest room which we were using as an office and just sleep on the couch. As I was moving it I noticed the entire mattress cratering to one side. I’ve never seen this before in any of my mattresses. Prior to this I owned a saatva for over 7 years and it still looked brand new on the day I gave it away to replace it with what I thought was going to be an upgrade. This bed is a piece of garbage.

wasted $2,000 on this non-returnable mattress. sags in the middle and too soft. very big back pain
