This stuff is spiritual medicine. I perceive it as a plant-friend. One teaspoon daily in a glass of water will do tremendous work with your heart. Feels like the friendliest heart chakra friend you can imagine.

I do notice increased focus - I always couple it with matcha... Helps with the A.D.D on days I need to get my paperwork done and think clearly.

I ordered this Banyan Botanicals Brahmi \ GotuKola powder previously too. It would like a finely chopped green leaf powder. But this time when I ordered this, unfortunately it looked like finely powdered hay as few other reviewers mentioned. May be they powdered the dried brahmi leaves instead of green leaves. Very disappointed with this purchase and I am going to return it back to Amazon. Banyan botanicals should provide an explanation to this change in their powder.
