As a short person with stubby legs I appreciate that this support sleeve comes in several lengths. I measured my legs as described and ordered the corresponding size. Yes, it's tight and initially I second guessed myself if I should have ordered a size up. I had significant weakness in my hamstring and immediately felt significant support and increased performance. I ended up wearing the brace for six hours for an event and it stayed in place. My only comfort issue was a slight rolling of the bottom band which could have easily been fixed if I wasn't wearing long pants or could otherwise access the sleeve to straighten it out (my situation didn't allow for it). I've worn the sleeve successfully for hours at a time without issue. I'm glad I kept the sleeve in the original size I ordered - and measured for - as it feels great and does a fantastic job of providing the support I need.

I had a left hamstring injury that sidelined me from running for almost 2 months. The pain would not go away and I tried running after 1 month of rest, and then again after another 2 weeks, but could not get very far. I then purchased these sleeves as I have used sleeves for my calves and have had success. Upon arrival of these sleeves for my left hamstring I was able to go for my first real run in 2 months and there was minimal pain. These sleeves worked! Since my purchase of these sleeves a couple months ago I am fully recovered and still wear the sleeve on my left leg. I have tried running without the sleeve, but find it more comfortable with the sleeve than without. Also, these sleeves are durable and I am able to throw in the wash and they still maintain their durability. This was an excellent purchase and fantastic product!

The good--the sleeve provides excellent compression. After 2 days of wearing it on a strained (grade 1) hamstring, the muscle pain disappeared. The bad--the stitching is separating on both sleeves. On one sleeve, the seam that secures the top collar and the seam that secures the bottom collar are both unraveling. On the other sleeve, two of the middle compression panels have loose stitches. This is very disappointing from a premium priced product.After another 4 weeks of use, I'm updating my review from 2 to 4 stars. I bought another pair (yes, despite the subpar stitching on the first pair, the sleeves work so well!) and it is stitched much better. My original pair are still holding up, so far...When I started running again, I wore the second pair while running. I can't tell if they help while exercising, but they certainly help my hamstring muscle stay warm.

Ordered a Large-Long to help with a nagging hamstring injury. Actually ordered two different sleeves, this one and one from another vendor that was 1/2 the cost. This one fit so much better, the compression is consistent from top of my quad to the bottom (the other was way too tight at the top and too loose at the bottom). Didn't realize this was for a pair, so was pleasantly surprised to get two. Wore it to the gym today and did some walking, light running and it stayed in place perfectly. Will have to wait to see how it does when I return to playing basketball and sweat more, but so far great.My measurements were 22.5" top of thigh, 16.5" bottom, and about 12" length. This fits great. I wasn't sure about the length when ordering, and if the sleeves were maybe 1" longer I wouldn't complain, but it covers what I need and the fit and quality are great. The band of non-slip beads inside the top seem to hold it in place well and are very comfortable.

I love that it stays in place with movement. I ordered a size larger but is still a bit tight just above the knee. I pulled a muscle in my butte, your compression sleeve aids with pain and healing.

Original product. Good for most hamstring strains and other injuries. Stay away from knowoffs

I have been using compression products for more than 20 years to deal with muscle and joint pain from fairly extreme exercise (marathon running and century cycling). I had a version of this product that worked well for a long time, but it was heavy and stretched out from multiple washings. I purchased this one and used it to recover from a recent pain in one quadricep. I found this to be a superior product to my previous version in several areas. It is light and fits better because of the measurements they recommend before buying. I used it during my bike rides, and could hardly feel it was there. So, if you are looking for a thigh compression sleeve that works well, I would recommend this one. It seems a bit pricey, but I am not sure what a fair price for a product like this should be - maybe it is priced right. You do get two in the package.
