Just what we needed for a mask project for my kids school. Two different sizes, really good quality, durable and very thick. They are definitely going to hold up to glue and paint. You get a lot of them for the money so I think the value is incredible. Pretty easy to thread the elastic through the holes on the side and tie them to make the mask stay.

Perfect for a few last minute Halloween costumes! I wasn't expecting too much out of these and was kind of nervous about the size and eye placement from other reviews of this type of item. It was the reason I finally went for this multipack. Happy to say I had no problems with either issue. For one, you get 2 different sizes and the eye placement on both sets worked just fine for myself, my husband, my 8, 12, and 16 year old so pretty safe to say that they fit a variety of faces. I also used both acrylic paint and powder paints, also water, sharpie, pencil, and colored pencils and the masks took to all mixed media perfectly. The masks are a thick paper material and I added hot glue, staples, and modge podge to a few with no negative effects to the mask shape or durability. Straps for each was included and the mask quality, while sturdy, can be cut fairly easily with scissors or an exacto knife. I really couldn't be more pleased. I now have so many masks left that I can't wait to try out some different methods and I bet paper mache would work really awesome with these for starters! Thanks for a great product.

Made of super thick paper like paper mache, we bought these for kids to decorate at our Halloween party a few years in a row. Big hit, but when they got bored of that, I took the leftover masks and lined them around my ceiling shelf in my kitchen which is uplit with colored lights(I picked red at Halloween) and the effect was awesome! Bought more to fill the whole kitchen next year.

Awesome masks. Well made. Acrylic Paint adheres very good. Loved it.

They are cheap so you get what you pay for. They are no where close to normal human face sizes. No matter if it’s the male or female size they’re both super small. They would only fit small kids. However, they do work great for crafting or for a base of starting a mask. Just don’t use these for exact scale. They would be great for kid projects. They aren’t super flimsy or anything so they are decent papier-mâché quality. The elastic strap is super thin and not the greatest, but it works for their price point. I would recommend finding the lowest price version of these since there are so many options out there.

These are excellent masks. Comfortable. So light weight. We were out in the rain in them for two hours and they held up perfectly. Also having the small and larger ones in the order was great.

The paper mache masks are a nice weight for adding embellishments. Craft markers work well on the mask for drawing any designs you want to add. There is slight variability in the dimensions of the masks but not enough to be noticeable.

They are maybe a little thin, but fine for my project. Paper is very smooth and took both markers and paint well .

As a retired art teacher I’m always on the lookout for ideas and good supplies. I highly recommend these masks as being heavyweight enough to take a variety of materials. I’m using them with decoupage, white glue and water. Very inexpensive, worth the price. The only caveat here is they’re not terribly comfortable. If you wanted to actually wear them you would probably want to add foam padding on the inside to position the mask correctly for your face.
