Love this stuff. Helps with my digestion and very effective against preventing acid reflux

While this is an excellent product, Amazon has stock piled old supply that still has the ISOthrive name on the box instead of the new name, which is ISOvive. I ordered the product and received it today. I opened it up and the product is not liquid, it has completely crystallized and is no good. Order directly from ISOvive so that you can get fresh product! They are super nice and gave me all the info I needed to get fresh product after I called them to ask if I should use this crystallized old stuff that I got from Amazon.

I first saw this product on my Facebook news feed. I've been dealing with heartburn throughout the day, every day and my Rx didn't seem to help for long. I ordered from Amazon since it gets to you so fast. I started taking the small packs daily +3 weeks ago from this review. I noticed I have reduced the number of heartburn cover ups I'm taking as the weeks go by. I ordered a second box since I feel it's helping. I've also lost 4 pounds since starting since my food cravings decreased and I'm eating less and I'm fasting longer between my dinner and first meal. My heartburn started after gaining a dozen COVID pounds last year. The flavor was a little different than in thought but it has a nice sweetness that I don't mind. It's not too thick or runny. I'll probably do the automatic shipment since I have been constant in taking this every night before bed, which is not easy for me. But it's nice having less burning throughout the day and night compared to the last 6+ months before finding this product and I'm less bloated unless I eat the bad stuff. I would recommend ISO THRIVE I've read it does take some time to work, so it's not an instant fix but if you take it as directed hopefully you'll also see results as well.

I took this medication to improve my stomache biome. I do not have night time gerd or any issues with my ears. I am also not taking any medications or have prexisitign tinnitus. I woke up three hours after taking it with ringing in my ears so bad I felt like I needed to throw up. I also felt chest pain. I don't experience this at night, and I am not taking anything else. I am hoping this side effect goes away quickly or I will have to go to the hospital. I was hopeful that a prebiotic would be safe, but this one is not.

These really seem to help my gut issues. I have to be honest, I have other health and gut issues that make it very difficult to know for sure what is doing what, but I can say that when I was taking this regularly (a few times a week) I had fewer instances of reflux and gastritis. I recently ran out and decided to hold off on ordering again because my diet is really healthy, my gut was in pretty good shape, and I eat a lot of fresh, fermented foods like raw sauerkraut, coconut kefir, and kombucha. However, a few weeks after stopping it I ended up with gastritis again. So, I ordered this again and am taking one packet a day and I do think it's helping heal my gut. I gave it 4 stars just because, again, I can't be 100% sure what is helping the most as I am doing several things at once.

I have pretty severe GERD. I have tried everything short of surgery and nothing works for me. I’m on my third PPI, and even that only worked for a few days. H2s, tums, pepto, chiropractor, acupuncture…nothing touches it. I’m only 30 years old and am already on a very low acid diet for another health condition. I’ve never been able to figure out why I have acid reflux every single day, but I no longer think it’s because I have too much stomach acid. I’ve only been taking ISO Thrive for 5 days and haven’t noticed a difference in my reflux yet, however, I’ve noticed a huge change in my appetite. My cravings for junk food are gone, I stay fuller longer, and overall it’s just easier to make healthy choices. Fingers crossed it starts to help with the reflux too!

After a month I can substantially update this review. Originally got for acid reflux. Found effective after about a week. After 3 days noticed flat stomach from loss of intestinal bloating. THEN, after 2 weeks began to notice loss of fat around waist ! I don't recall any change in diet (which is always healthy) or exercise (which is daily). Many other reviews on the ISOThrive website confirm this: several said they wish they hadn't thrown away their favorite jeans cause now they could fit into them ! Well, I can say the same about old suits. That old circumference and weight seem particularly stubborn; so this prebiotic seems particularly effective. I take a packet just before bed, as recommended for acid. It tastes good and is easy to take. Amazing.

I got this for my husband for silent reflux. He took it for 2 months according to the directions; the last thing you ingest before you lay down. It made no difference in his silent reflex cough. I'm sure it was good for his microbiome, but far too expensive to keep buying if there's no improvement in symptoms.
