The water getting out of the pipe was brownish and while washing clothes in the washing machine clothes were getting stains. Moreover it stains the closets and wash basins. While thinking of putting some filter systems and consulting many people, I got confused. Over the while searching, I came across with IONIX filter system and immediately contacted them. After seeing the water analysis report, they suggested me Duo Tank Filter system and Immediately I ordered it with Amazon. Next day the delivery done and I installed it. Amazing. It is such a simple system which can be done by anybody. While I was using the system, I was quite apprehensive whether the result will positive or not?. However, the next day, the result was unbelievable. The output water is clear and soft, No smell, No stains and my wife who was complaining was well satisfied. I appreciate IONIX for bringing up such a marvelous system with an affordable price with unbelievable effects. I highly recommend others to use this product which is highly economical and effective. The other market players charging exorbitantly, while this product is very compact and most effective. Further, this can be done by self and the cleaning and replacement of the system is also easy and can be done on DIY. For saving money on recurring cost (in a year only Rs 1050) as well as getting the best results I advice everybody to use this system. Not a water softner.. it is a water conditioner. No salt, and the water is still hard. you may buy after verifying it. • Uses no salt, no resin • Works as a filter and scale conditioner • It does NOT remove hardness minerals • Calcium and magnesium remain in water • Hardness is NOT actually removed

I bought the product two months back and I’ve been using it since. Overall the quality looks improved. Earlier. I used to get black water after storing it in a bucket for some days. Now it seems to be gone. Feels better for sure. The only problem I had was with the Installation service. I ordered this for Pune region and the installation guy charged me more than 10,000 for the installation process, whereas I was promised around 2000- 3000. Even after 10 hours of the process, they left it without checking and in the morning, the water was leaking and they came back again the next day to fix it. The next day I found that the water from the main tank was still going back to the filter, and then I complained again, but they never came back and instead behaved very rudely, telling me that it’s not their problem. I, then, had to get another plumber who found the issue, which was the safety wall was not added back after the plumbing and I had to pay another 3000 to the Plumber to fix it. Overall, I think it’s a good product at a decent price, but the installation process could have been more professional and better. If you have to buy the product, buy it, but don’t use their Installation services.
