Cleanses my skin great, and doesn’t dry it out.

I believe this is just about the best basic face wash out there. Been using it for three years after getting it from a great esthetician. Excellent for sensitive skin, acne prone skin, dry skin and combination skin. If using it to remove makeup, always cleanse twice!

An esthetician recommended this product after a facial but it doesn't really match my skin at all. And the price is crazy. Might as well just get the la Roche posay brand. Smells the same as the effaclar line but just without the 2% salicylic acid.

It's a so-so product; good for those who've recently undergone a round of laser resurfacing or a skin peel. But for regular, daily use, I prefer a cream based cleanser. This one's soapy and gets very watery. If you have dry skin, it may dry you out further. Be aware that the pump is something you need to buy separately.

I don’t know what to say about a cleanser that just cleanses. It is a basic cleanser, it doesn’t burn my very sensitive skin, it doesn’t dry it out too much, and it hasn’t broken me out so far. I think whether you like this cleanser will depend very much on what your personal needs are at the moment. If you want something that imparts some beneficial cosmetic ingredients that will improve your skin, you may not want this. If you want something that won’t burn your face off while you adjust to retinoids or leave your skin cracked, this might be an option for you. I think 30 dollars is a lot to pay for a cleanser unless you desperately need the latter. In that case, you’d be willing to pay twice as much because it is hard to find a gentle cleanser that checks all these blocks. I am sort of sideyeing it right now because I wish it did something more, but that’s my own personal problem. That said, I am finding the more I use it, the more I find acceptance in my heart for it’s brazen lack of sparkle. It’s fragrance-free and doesn’t make your bathroom look like you are an Instagram model. It’s quite utilitarian and unimpressive. But it’s winning me over.

Been using it for years. Great daily AM/PM cleanser. Light but does the job.

Excellent product .I have been using it for more than 3 years . I wish was less expensive.

Lasts forever and made any acne go away
