Absolutely one of my favorite workout hacks! I love that I can run for 2-3 hours without cramping and I get to have a bit of flavor during my run! I highly recommend SaltStick and love that they are small to put in my running shorts! They are easy to chew and swallow! I like that they give me electrolytes and hydration while keeping the sugar content at a minimum. They help me stay focused as I can chew or suck on them while crushing my workout! Great value for how many you get! Amazing product and great company!

I was recently diagnosed with POTS, which means I need to increase my sodium and water intake to better manage my symptoms. I've used the electrolyte powder packets that you add to water in the past, like Liquid IV and LMNT, but I didn't enjoy the flavors or the higher sugar content (I know LMNT has no sugar, but the others usually do). Enter my discovery of these salt tabs! I've tried 3 flavors so far: mango, mixed berry, and lemon/lime. Mango is my favorite by far, but I'm a sucker for mango in general. I will pop these like candy throughout the day, and personally, I prefer to let them dissolve in my moth rather than chew them, but they aren't unpleasant to chew. Fair warning for normal peeps, these will likely taste pretty salty to you and may not be as appetizing. For peeps like me, who have a condition that causes them to crave salty foods, these will probably taste pretty dang great! Deeper details below: To paint a picture, I work outside guiding horseback trail rides on my weekends. It's hard work and I sweat my booty off on the daily, plus I drink close to a gallon of water while I'm working. When I remember to bring and eat these tabs, I don't feel nearly as exhausted as I usually would. My energy levels remain more consistent, I notice a decrease in my overall sweat levels, and I usually am not dying of thirst like I am when I don't take them. For normal daily use, I notice that I just generally feel better throughout the day. It's not a big change by any means, but there's definitely an increase in my energy and stamina. When I take these consistently, I notice that I don't have POTS flare-ups nearly as often as I would without them.

Perfect solution to electolytes. No drinking salty water AND if you are filtering water direct from a bottle like Sawyer, there is no way to add electrolytes. Love the Mango and Berry flavor

these are my favorite brand of electrolytes now. so easy to use and tasty. pop in my mouth on the go; at short notice and during workouts. love them and all the flavors. peach is my favorite favorite though.

I was told to buy electrolyte tablets and salt tablets for long insurance days. This is the first type that I have bought. And I ended up loving them! I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor, and how easy it was to take down in the middle of endurance. As soon as I felt cams coming, I would take a bite of one of these tablets and some water and I felt as if the cramps would go away. I recommend to stay hydrated for those who struggle with staying hydrated, as well as those who might just get random cramps here or there whether it be during working out or at home in the middle of the night. My husband started to take them as well since he’s a tennis pro And is on the court for long periods of time teaching.

If you're like me and enjoy an occasional wine night but don't love how you feel the next morning then these are the electrolytes for you. They're great to use when you want to stay hydrated but can't stomach drinking any more water. I also keep them on hand for my athlete to use during the hot summer games.
