Arrived defective - Amazon won't replace without return
This cap arrived with a small cut in the bat sign on the front. I didn't notice it until it had already been given as a birthday gift. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, but they refuse to replace it without us returning the original hat. This is poor customer service heaped upon a poor product. Very disappointing. Think twice before purchasing this hat!
