Firstly the massage tips that are included do not match the massage tips that are in the instruction manual. It’s fine there are comparable tips, but it seems like one may be missing.The worst part about this machine is, after only 3 mild uses it appears that something inside of the main chassis has rattled loose.You can physically hear a nut and/or bolt rattling around inside the pressure hammer housing. The gun still works but it doesn’t allow you to apply as much pressure on deeper tissue, and I have a feeling that over time with the loose part it will wear out the bearing inside and cause a complete failure.Otherwise it was a pretty decent little device that seemed promising but it definitely doesn’t hold up. I’d be happy to take it apart and replace the loose end, but the battery is almost impossible to remove, and I don’t want to void any warranty or cause any more damage to the device.Note the item was not dropped the damage is not from physical abuse or accidental damage. The part seems to have come lose from normal use.

Ordered this product received it promptly came on but when I shut it off to change head the bottom came on but not the top & it had a high pitch sound buzzing. Was send a replacement & it doesn't come on at all, I even tried to charge for 6 hrs as recommended & still nothing, even watched a you tube video to make sure I was doing everything correctly Was very disappointing. Was issued a refund instead of another sending a 3rd 1 so I have to now order another 1 just different brand. Hope it works

They best one we ever bought. I bought another one. I probably have to buy one more so myself, husband and daughter can each have our own massager.

Horrible! Absolutely a waste of money. The gun didn't work. It didn't even turn on after a full charge. I may have been shipped a dud, but I was not going to get another one to find out.

The LED screen that controls the speed and motion of the message gun turned on fine. Its the gun part that acutally messages that didn't work! I bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift and he and I were very disappointed, on top of that when I've gone to do a replacement for this item it wouldnt let me! Don't waste your money.

I have tried a number of massagers and none have give me the deep tissue massage I was looking for! I really love how this massager is powerful and hits those sore tense muscles after a workout! Definitely recommend this if you are looking for that deep tissue massage!

This comes with lots of attachments to focus on all muscle groups. Lots of settings for all the aches and pains. Nice storage case to keep everything together and protected!

Using on back, neck, and legs - after only 3 uses we already are seeing huge benefit. Easy to use, charges fast and holds a charge well. The various heads are plenty for us. Using for chronic back and neck pain as well as for a runner with hip and glute issues.
