It's gentle for hair and thickened the hair it 10/10 for me, there was no hair fall most of time using this product

I bought this shampoo at the suggestion of a co-worker and it really works for her hair which is fine and pin straight, I however have thick frizzy hair. The shampoo doesn’t lather, doesn’t smell good, doesn’t cleanse my hair. I was looking for something to help repair my hair and add shine and this did neither. The conditioner doesn’t add moisture.
