These are gummies I use to help my kids calm down before bed. We have some special needs and struggles with self regulation and magnesium really helps. We. Have used this brand a few times and I would say it’s not quite as good as some of the others, in performance. The gummies are also a bit sticky. They shock in your teeth.

Bought these for my 6-year-old son who struggles with emotional melt-downs and anxiety. The first time, I took them with him. It tastes a lot like a natural fruit leather, which we both like. My son noticed a chalky aftertaste, which I thought was barely discernable but if you have a super sensitive palate like he does, may be noticeable. However, I followed them with some regular fruit gummies and it wasn't an issue. I noticed that when he would start to upset, it would resolve instead of going into a full-blown melt-down. Also, for a kid who loves video games more than anything and needs a ton of stimulation and interaction, he spent the last two hours of his free play time quietly playing with leftover plastic Easter eggs and an old phone. This is abnormal for a typically super-active, super-talkative, super-sensitive child. We are on day 3 and it's been much more peaceful around here. I say "we" because I have been taking them daily, too. I am very relaxed, but not drowsy after taking them. The initial reaction eventually subsides for me and then is followed by hours of productive focus. Like, seriously, productive focus, which is what I attribute to him playing with such an odd collection of items for so long on that first day. I would also like to mention that I take magnesium at night, the powdered kind, in water, to help me sleep. I previously tried this with my son, but it was too sour for him. It can make me really drowsy, which is why I take it right before bed. I find these gummies to be superior. Zero upset tummy from either of us. Will be ordering more; and love that they are produced in Georgia.

my kids absolutely love the taste of these Gummies. They take one and a half at bedtime and they’re also very easy to split a little teddy bear in half without a knife or making a sticky mess! I signed up for subscribe and save to have them come regularly!

I got these for my Autistic son and newly diagnosed PANS son who developed insomnia and hyperactivity due to his condition. There were times I thought they worked but I feel like they do the opposite . My kids are more hyper and giggly at night than before. I also researched that the citrate form is more focused on constipation and bowl issues . I’m going to try magnesium glycinate next. On another note both my sons like the taste.
