Little to really explain here. I started out with a Fillet Knife that I had picked up for it's futuristic design and I enjoyed using it, so Eventually I got a full set. I only cook as a hobby and to feed myself, not professionally but I have to say these knives are wonderful to use, a tall upgrade from my previous set and a well worth it investment in my hobby. Ingredients that I normally got pre diced or sliced I now get in their raw form just for the satisfaction of properly preparing them myself with ease. It even is more fun than a necessity if you have a blade that can hold it's edge and is sharp enough for you to blaze through your produce like that. While my old set was just 'some knives' to me, I am feeling a sense of pride in my kitchen equipment now. Also yeah they look really cool, not gonna lie, so if you are in it for the looks as much as for the utility, go for them!

These look great and are sharp as hell. I have had numerous knife sets that were of higher dollar, but these are by far the best. I also purchased an additional steak knife set and 2 additional carving knives.

We absolutely love these knives! When we received them the block itself had a minor flaw and we emailed the company to ask for a replacement block, they couldn’t send us just a block but they offered a gift card for 20% of the cost of the entire set! There is nothing wrong with them just a cosmetic flaw but they wanted to make sure to make it right. They cut like butter, the grip is great! The customer service was absolutely amazing! We even bought some steak knife sets from them! Would highly recommend time and time again!

I have to say that the Dalstrong company as a whole is amazing and the knives are great. I had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to help me like no other company ever has. The knives are beautiful, comfortable and most importantly sharp. If you ever fall into any issues rest assured the company will do everything it can to help you get your issue resolved. I never usually write reviews but I was so impressed I just had too.

This is my 3rd Dalstrong knife Set, I bought one set for a relative whom was impressed with their quality and sharpness. For the price these are surprisingly good knives, I have been using a previous set for a year and have no complaints and they are still as sharp as the day I bought them. I think you can buy with confidence.

These knives are very well made with a lightweight and perfect curvature handle. My only disappointment is...I had already purchased their entire set of non-black series and now....well I have to have these black ones :) I also purchased the Zelite Infinity series (shown on 3rd image) which are very well made but Dalstrong does a better presentation from their video presentation all the way to opening the box. I also like innovative companies that continue to evolve which Dalstrong has done with this new Shadow Black Series!

I fell in love more with the photos on amazon! product is not better in person for my personal opinion. I was disappointed during the unwrapping to find the knife handles to have a whiteish over coat, they are not jet black as photos seemed. Also the knife block, though nice in weight, I was still taken back when seeing that it reflected the metric designs in a light grey color, and the dalstrong logo to be gold. I thought I was buying an all black series and ended up with grey, black and a hint of gold. I would have liked to see more realistic photos and i would have not purchased this edition.

se non li avete visti del vivo non potete capire. Il set è perfetto anche per l'uso domestico. I coltelli sono stupendi, sia come fattura (il filo, usandoli ogni giorno in una cucina domestica, dura una mesata) che come estetica. Sono leggeri e il particolare manico permette di afferrarli bene, anche per me che ho due badili al posto delle mani.

Very good set of 12 knives really beautiful and have all needed knives ! Straight from the box they are very sharp but i expect little bit sharper ! About balance - i read somewhere they are very balanced but in reality they are not so balanced - yes they have good balance but not great ! Knife holder from inside is very dirty all knives comes out white from dust and no idea i can wash it with water or not because i don't want damage it or paint ! Overall look is very impressive and they are strong don't need worry about breaking knive when you cut something ! About price for 12 knife set 600 pounds is a little bit too much if you look on all minuses what i call i think max price need be 500 ! Can't give 5 stars because was too many minuses and giving 4 stars only because they are strong looks great and no need sharpening straight from box what saves my time !

I have very small hands and these sit equally comfortably in both mine and my husbands. The block set is stylish to look at and has the perfect configuration of knives. So many knife sets have knives that you wouldn't typically use on a day to day basis, so whilst not cheap, at least none of them will be idle!

Je suis très déçu car je m'attendais à du pure titane. Mais ce n'est qu'un alliage d'acier au titane. Le noir est de surface. L'acier inoxydable apparaît sur les tranchants. Bonne coupe mais rien d'exceptionnel.
