Works for my needs. Has a padding on the inside which is a nice added feature.

This is a great belt. When new, it is very stiff but after a few workouts it starts to form to you. I have owned three of these in the last 20 years. I wore the first one out, the second one is about eight years old and still going strong but I purchased a new one for the gym and will retire the second one to hiking and working In the yard. I have unfortunately had two back surgeries and this belt gives me the support I need to lead a somewhat active lifestyle. One suggestion, drill a small hole at the end of the belt to allow you to temporarily add a rope to so you can lean away from the tied rope to pull the belt tighter. Then remove the rope. Works like a charm.

Le compré este cinturón a mi esposo porque el que tenía antes, también de Harbinger, se rompió después de varios años de uso en el gimnasio. Decidimos volver a comprar la misma marca porque ya sabíamos que era resistente. Lo usa para entrenamientos de fuerza y dice que el soporte para la espalda baja es muy bueno, especialmente en ejercicios como sentadillas y peso muerto. El cinturón es firme y se ajusta bien gracias a los varios agujeros. Por lo que cuesta, se siente fuerte y bien hecho. Si entrenas con peso y necesitas buen soporte lumbar sin pagar de más, cumple muy bien.

Does what a belt is supposed to do. Provides support. Quality leather. Been about 8 months of regular use and it’s still strong, no loose threads or failure anywhere.

This is perfect for lifting. It is super great to use to maintain good form and protect the lower back from strain when lifting.

High quality weight belt, from an established manufacturer, at a great price! I bought this for my son, because we work out together, and he needs the back support (doesn’t everyone?). He’s very happy, with the comfort and back support. The existing belts I had, were either too big, or too small, for either of us. I ordered a worker back support from Home Depot, in a smaller size, and it works fine for me, so I was happy to give my son the better quality piece for weight training. He’s still growing, so I don’t want him to overdo it, or injure himself. Safety first!

Way too small, inaccurate sizing on the description. I’m a waist size 34 and large did not fit. Wasted time going to return it. Otherwise a solid and durable belt.
