This actually really, really work! I’ve had a huge stomach for the last 4 years since I started a new medication which causes weight gain in the stomach, face and neck. I had always been a slim guy. I’m in my 60s! Been athletic since my 20s, and usually when I gain in my stomach, taking apple cider vinegar, Chitosan pills, with diet and exercise, my weight would drop easily. Now, with my new meds, nothing worked! None of those I mentioned above! Since my first bottle of taking this…along with diet and exercise, This Actually Took Off 7 pounds! I’m now ordering my second bottle. But they’d better not raise the price! lol or they loose a customer.

Don't expect this to work miracles. Be prepared to take it over the long term, and, for God's sake, clean up your diet and exercise a bit, too. But this does seems to help ... slowly. A pound or two a month, at best. But that's 10 - 20 pounds a year ... how many of us would be better off 10 - 20 pounds lighter a year from now.

These were great but the pill was too big for me to swallow

I love every about these pills. Not only are they filled with natural ingredients, I have natural energy I feel like it definitely detox and regulates me it gives me appetite suppressant and it's just an amazing overall pill I have already ordered four more bottles since I started the first bottle I have only been on them for about 3 weeks and there is a noticeably big difference. I am only five two I'm very petite but I struggle for my c-section tummy. And these seem to really aim at that. I'm very active I also dye it so that probably is why I have instant mega results but even on my lazy days I noticed a difference I'm like wow.

I would advise against this product. I tried it on a whim to see if it really worked and I like Irwin Naturals. I am normally pretty cool but something in this made me not able to handle things well. Like I was high strung and anxious and emotional (and it wasn't that time of the month). If there is caffeine in it - and I drink coffee each morning - maybe it was too much. Yes i saw some difference/slimming but it's not worth feeling stressed. I don't have any health conditions or psychological diagnoses. I don't drink or do drugs or smoke. This product was the only thing added to my daily routine at the time. I didn't realize where all this was coming from. I just thought I was reacting strongly to things... more emotional than usual.

Every single time I have ever used this product my belly has gotten flatter! Like it gets rid of all my bloaty pudgy looking nonsense and flattens me out. At first I thought oh its just in my head its kind of like a placebo effect but oh heck no my boyfriend told me I was looking slimmer!! I also notice that I seem to have better energy when taking this product as well!!

This definitely works. I’ve tried it for a few months and re-ordered several times before making this review. And I can feel my tummy tighten and flatten despite gaining weight in kg. This has helped me get rid of the the stubborn fats that I’ve had for 29 over years. I’ve tried other supplements that also claim to remove belly fat and it never did, despite me losing weight at that time! I would highly recommend this product for anyone who’s keen to lose Stubborn belly fat!
