This one is a winner
Great Product It has helped me regain the strength and flexibility in my fretting hand for playing the Banjo but I believe it would help in many situations. It was recommended to me by someone who had quit playing banjo and guitar because of arthritis and after using this. product was able to recover enough to play again. I used it to recover after having Carpal Tunnel surgery, the improvement in fine motor skills have I believe to be significant due to the use of this product.

This device actually seems to help with finger strength! I am old and have arthritis, but this seems to have Improved my dexterity and strength, so I can continue my guitar playing.

Work well for what we needed them for.
Helpful for us as we learn to play guitar. These are sturdy, and have been good for practicing some finger strength. I'm sure it could be good for fidgeting and for gaining some muscle strength if you have a weak grip, or need to strengthen your fingers or wrists. Comfortable and natural to hold. Better price when bought together like this instead of separate.

Nifty Gadget for Practice
I'm not exactly sure what this does but I know only having a few hours a week (and if that) to learn the guitar means I'll have to exercise my fingers away from the instrument. My right hand grips the computer mouse daily so it's more worked up throughout the week; my left is living mostly a life of leisure so it's weaker. Thought this made sense as it's convenient, portable, and makes no noise. I can hold it while browsing the web mindlessly or while out for a walk outside. It's really neat that the grip part pulls away to reveal molded plastic "strings" to help build callouses. I've been pressing away for a little bit and realize how weak my pinky is. Haven't gotten to where I need that yet but will work it out for the future. A day isn't going to do anything: like lifting weights, give it some time to see results. Also should be good for the drums I keep putting off. Strengthening the back two fingers to use them to bounce the stick instead of excessive wrist motion. The fidget toy is strange, I need to see more videos on how to properly use it. If you want to try it, the combo bundle is only a dollar more for both and I think that's fair enough to give it a go. For the separate price, I would not buy the fidget alone.

Useful tool
Doing exactly what it's designed to do. I feel my fingers getting stronger by the day as I use this as much as possible. Already my pinky seems to listen more to what I'm trying to tell it to do as I learn guitar.

OK
I’m a fiddle player whose index finger has trigger finger, so I thought I’d give this a try. The D’Addairo exerciser gives all my fingers a nice workout, but my pinky is the only one that can feel the difference between the difficulty settings. The Fiddlink is sort of a fidget spinner with a purpose, and feels like it’s giving my fingers a nice little work out. And, BTW, the D’Addairo exerciser is identical to the Dynatomy Varigrip Sport; in fact, the Varigrip is made by D’Addairo! There, no need for you to buy both like I did!

Good to keep the fingers in shape whilst on holidays and as an everyday tool.
