LED Batten Lights

These lights have got so efficient now that they must have made the old tube lights obsolescent. About time too. This slimline 6 ft lamp is lightweight, clips into place and provides wonderful, even light under units. Just as a reference, from a man who is particular about light sources, the 6500 model is too bright for under units but 4000 is great. If you make that error and want to return one, don't bother - it costs £~ 20 quid postage so store it.

Looks great, lightweight and compact, but there are no instructions on how to connect it to the power supply. Adjustable light colour/warmth is a great feature. Bought to replace old fluorescent fitting in my indoor market stall, and I plan to buy several more to replace all my old lights. Can't comment on brightness cos I haven't managed to connect it yet!

Light weight easy to fit really bright for garage.

Bought to replace the cellar tube light which was 40 years old, the hardest part was removing the old fixture. The new lamp is very light weight but nicely made and easy to mount, fix a couple of brackets clip the light into place and connect the wiring. Job done in a couple of minutes, switch on is immediate and the light output is double what the old fixture gave out. A really excellent buy.

Nice design, all fittings provided, and easy to fit. It has three brightness settings, the top one sooo bright! At a good price, so very happy with my buy.

Bought this light for my cupboard under the stairs! It was always super dark and I couldn’t see a thing!. Well this little light brightened my whole world lol! It’s a fantastic little light! I was expecting it to be decent but not fantastic! Can’t grumble whatsoever!

Arrived on time, was as described and works well. However, do not relay on the supplied clips, use plastic ties to secure the unit to the ceiling. Secondly, the instructions are basic which would be OK for a qualified electrician .. but, for anyone wishing to fit it themselves. Make sure you use the wire connector correctly - lift the orange levers to insert the wires then close the lever down firmly (or get a qualified electrician to fit it). Interestingly there is a switch on the end to change the level of lighting. All in all it does the job in my workshop. But because of the two items above I had to deduct two stars.
