The line functions as intended. I used to terminate all sorts of telecommunications wires back in the day. My only gripe with this product is the generally cheap nature of it. The line feels flimsy, and the RJ-11 head is made of that sort of cheap clear plastic that goes brittle over the years. For the price, a 3FT patch cable should have some amount of craftsmanship to it.

This product is a nice quality item, and it worked perfectly for my mother's landline phone. She needed a new RJ11 phone cord for her phone because the old one was shorting out. I hooked this cord up for her in no time, and she had phone service again. The cord worked just as expected, and she was happy to have a perfectly working landline phone again for her calls. The cord has been plugged in now for about two weeks and there has not been any further issues with her phone. Overall, I would give this product a perfect 5 stars.
