JVC HA-A5T Gumy Mini True Wireless Earbuds with mic - Black

Great things don't always need to cost a lot. These little fellas surprised me so much that I've got a 3 more of these for other people. What sets them apart is an atypical sound color, from modern fatiguing V shaped (exaggerated lows and highs with recessed mids) sounding headphones to a very relaxing/gentle music representation. These are by no means V shaped, nor they are anywhere near neutral sounding and this is what makes them outstanding for me. They have a pleasant rounded lows/lower midrange with slightly recessed highs. The highs are, however do not appear to be cut, they are just less protruding, but everything is still there. The main focus is on very open velvety midrange. The whole combination makes the sound very rich and pleasant for prolonged listening with absolutely no sense of ear tiring. If you love good clear midrange, like I do, give these a go. They remind me a little of Sens HD600, with a little less highs. Other people that I gave them to were pleasantly surprised.These do not have active noise cancelling, but they seal very well cutting out external noise quite well.I find they tend to fall out of ear if I move a lot.You'll have to experiment with the supplied seals of different sizes to find what sounds best to you.I have never run out of battery yet.If you would prefer a little more extension on the high frequencies side, the front grill can be removed, but please be aware this is a permanent modification. This shifts frequency response a little up and leaves drivers somewhat exposed to dirt and sweat. I have both versions, stock and grill-less and like them both.

They sre much better than I expected. Easy controle and excellent sound. This is proof You don't need to pay a lot for good quality. After a 10 month I started have problems with volume, week after stop working😞. Was really good so I ordered next one ,but control buttons not working can't control them in any way except using phone 😞

First let me state the 4 star rating is based purely on what you get for a budget product. On comparison to more expensive items, this fizzles away and shows it is budget for a reason. I see the price has recently increased by £5 since I purchased, so is this still a ‘budget’ earbud?Having purchased earbuds and over ear headphones of wildly differing build quality I would still say yes. I would back this up with observing the sturdy nature of these tiny offerings. I wasn’t expecting audiophile quality, but, and again comparing to the long list of other budget devices I have purchased and no longer use, the sound quality is acceptable. Not one for excessive bass, these gave a decent soundscape for music and vocals, but you bass heads you will feel shortchanged. The maximum loudness is also less than satisfactory, but usable, just.I do have other criticisms, such as the fact you require the right earbud to be on for both to work. The control pads for power, volume control, and track skipping work well enough, but be prepared to position your fingers such that they support the required pressure to operate the buttons. Otherwise, it feels like you are trying to ram the buds down your ear canal, as some force is required.Another thing to consider is that the Bluetooth signal range is quite poor, and even a short distance away from your source might see dropout.Whilst all elements are only decent at most, as a budget item I would strongly recommend you at least include these earbuds in your consideration, due to their more robust build quality in comparison to other similarly priced alternatives.

I like these because they are small and don't stick out of your ears.Sound quality is pretty decent for the price and seem to last a long time.Better than my £70 Sony wireless earbuds.Would buy again

I will leave the earphones to charge overnight and in under one hour, the battery is dead.It might be a faulty pair, because I have friends who do not have this problem with their pair. I missed the return window so didn't get to return them and try a new pair.

Love these earphones. I’ve struggled to find an affordable pair for a while now that don’t hurt your ears after a while and these fit that. Super comfortable, light weight and great sound quality
