I really like the aesthetic of these beads. I don't usually wear this wrapped on my arm, but I switch it up every now and then. Not sure value wise, but it seems pretty good. It's a stylish piece with these lava beads. I can't tell if it's legit lava rock, but what the hell, I like it. I am pretty gentle with the necklace itself. It does indeed stretch unlike typical necklace thread, so it has some give and should last a bit longer than regular thread. It's on a elastic kind of material, so you can stretch it a bit to get over your head for example. I recommend this piece.

I first purchased this item for stress relief. When I received the item in the mail it came in a black felt bag, the presentation being simple but stylish. When worn this item has a heavier feeling then expected due to the materials. I use this item for meditation by slowly counting one Bead at a time until I've circled the item entirely. This can be measured by the slightly larger stone at the knot of the item. This can be done as a mindfulness exercise or a method to time meditation sessions. My only complaint about the item would be that the elastic band used to hold the stones together, will sometimes become caught on one of the stones. This can cause the beads to become bunched on one section of the elastic. This can easily be fixed by a quick shake at the wrist.

Mine does have 108 beads, but as you can obviously tell from the picture, it is extremely tight, there is not slack to move them without force and the shape is stuck in a rigid position so it isn’t shaped symmetrically. You cant realistically expect to even wear it as jewelry without it looking ridiculous and obviously with them all being extremely tightly fitted together its going to pull every hair it touches. Just trust me find another option, this is just some cheap mass produced gimmick.

I ordered this mala because I am adding mantras to my meditation practice. I am interested in aroma therapy and I think using the beads infused with essential oil will enhance my meditation sessions. The beads are sturdy without being rough. The cord is stretchy and looks like it will hold up to a lot of use. The mala came in a sturdy box and a nice little pouch was included. Such a deal! I am very happy with my purchase.

I order many of these bracelets and 3 from this particular seller. I only wear them on special occasions as I do not want to risk breaking them, however, with the black lava bracelet of this kind I purchased, is the elastic used for making different from the other bracelets sold? It seemed this one was pretty weak and upon simply putting it on my wrist, it just snapped and all the beads are in some crevice I'll never find. The other two bracelets are in great shape. MY HEART IS BROKEN! Do you have any advice for further purchase and care? I only accessorize in my beads, I am not harsh, I do not shower in them, I do not work in them, they have special casing and I have never had this issue. Thank you!!!
