We love this throat spray. It really helps with all the vog we experience at times from our here on Hawaii. We also use it for traveling to keep us healthy. It also tastes great and freshens the mouth at the same time.

Must have throat spray for cold and flu season. This has been my go-to staple for several years. I use it at first sign of any sore or scratchy throat and it always seems to knock out whatever I had been starting to come down with, or lesson any symptoms. Easy to spray in the back of the throat. I don't mind the taste. It might be strong for some palettes but depends on the individual. I prefer this over other sprays as I don't like echinacea and this does not include that in the ingredients. I love the natural ingredients that really truly work! I spray before bed if I feel like I am coming down with something and let it work its magic overnight! A must-have in every cupboard of cold medicine supplies.

Helps with sore throat ...a little goes a long way

This stuff is Amazing! My hubby brought home some bug that he caught from a coworker and then you can guess what happens next.. I get it! Well because I have a weakened immune system disorder this bug turned into the FLU for me! I was battling daily sore throats and a constant hacking cough (along with fever, sinus issues, etc). Just when you need to rest the most at night is when I would start hacking so hard that I would get a headache literally! This is where this fabulous spray comes into play! I immediately opened the package as soon as it arrived and read the directions. I sprayed about 4 squirts (LOL, you really only need a couple) onto my throat. Instantly it calmed that scratchy feeling and gave me relief! It also tasted good unlike that nasty drug store stuff that makes me GAG!! I have been keeping this by my bedside table every night for whenever that scratchy throat pops up again and just a couple of sprays is all that it takes to give me instant relief and I can fall right back to sleep without hacking up a storm. I cant believe that I just now found this awesome product and I already know that I never want to be without it! If you cannot stand the taste of the drug store throat sprays and need REAL relief, then you need this product in your medicine cabinet now! I hope my very honest review helps someone! I bought this months ago on the strength of the Amazon reviews, thinking I’d use it regularly for prevention, but was put off by the taste. Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat that I thought was from the vog (volcanic smog), but the vog wasn’t that bad and the throat got steadily worse. In the early afternoon I remembered I had this spray and started using it. It did not immediately make my throat feel better, and I still disliked the taste, but I kept at it every couple of hours, and by bedtime my throat actually was starting to feel better, and the spray was starting to have a mildly soothing effect. This morning, to my complete surprise, the sore throat was gone. It’s early afternoon now and I have a small cough and a little nasal congestion, but they are very minor compared to the sore throat. I’ll be keeping this on hand for now on. I think it helps to start it at the first sign of a sore throat.

Last summer, I came down with a viral throat infection so horrifyingly awful that strep would have been a welcomed relief. I had enormous white spots in the back of my throat so painful that I couldn't even swallow my own saliva. After about 4 days of not being able to swallow let alone eat, I went to the doctor who comfirmed it was viral and not strep so there was nothing she could do. I begged for some sort of pain relief. She prescribed a topical anesthetic liquid that tasted so nasty it would make me vomit. By about the 8th day, I had lost about 6 lbs and I was at my wits end. I happened to be by a natural food store and walked in. Out of curiosity I asked if they had anything for a throat infection. The clerk pointed to the nutribiotic throat spay and said it was antibacterial, antiviral and anti fungal. Music to my ears. I had nothing to lose so I bought and gave it a try as soon as I got to my car in the parking lot. I kid you not when I say by the very next day, the pain had subsided considerably. I kept using the spray and by the third day of using it, my throat infection was all but gone. This stuff saved me from starving to death!! I am forever grateful that the clerk pointed me in the direction of this spray. I've had colds and one flu since and even though I've had coughs and congestion, I have yet to get another sore throat. Beware if you're sensitive to any of the ingredients. Fortunately neither I nor my kids are. ******Update 08/2015******* Since writing this review, I have gotten a couple of colds. I had the beginnings of a sore throat each time but I kept using the spray. I ended up with a slight cold and no sore throat. I can say the same for my kids, they have gotten colds but have yet to complain of a sore throat. I love this stuff. *******update 3/14/17******* It's been almost three years since I started using this stuff and I STILL haven't gotten a sore throat. One flu in December of 2015 that I remember because it knocked me out for a couple of days but NO sore throat the whole time. I get the occasional sniffles but no full blown colds that I can remember. I cannot recommend this stuff enough! ******Update 07/2018******* Four years, two flues and a bunch of sniffles later and STILL no sore throat since I began using this spray. The same goes for my kids who are turning 10 and 7 this year. They have yet to complain of a sore throat. Last week, my sister had similar symptoms to mine so naturally I recommended this to her. She didn't want to wait for shipping so I called customer service. The lady who answered was awesome. She looked up retailers based on my sister's zip code and my sister was able to drive right over and buy some. I'll update once I hear from my sister's results. UPDATE- suffice it to say it worked for my sister too. ******Update 06/2020******* It's been six years since I first tried the spray and five years since I wrote my review. I still haven't had a sore throat. Neither have my kids. I've taken it with me on travels and left it with family members and they love it. Best stuff ever. ******Update 08/2022******* Well My family and I managed to survive the pandemic. We all caught it 12/2021 and you guessed it, no sore throat. That’s not to say this is a cure in any way. I took lots of supplements and I’m in the absolute best shape of my life with ZERO comorbidities. But I still haven’t had a sore throat in the 8 years I’ve been using this stuff. ******Update 02/2025****** It’s about time for an update. There was a really nasty upper respiratory infection going around last spring and my son and I got nailed. This time I took too long to start using the spray. A sore throat settled in but I kept using the spray. The infection lasted about 4 days. No idea if it would have lasted longer if I hadn’t used the spray. Moral of the story: use the spray at the absolute first sign of getting sick. It’s worked every time for me in the past.
