maybe i’m being nitpicky, but i feel like the light from this lamp doesnt look like sunlight at all. it just seems like a pretty normal lamp to me, which is fine. it’s a good lamp at that, just doesnt do as advertised in my opinion :) it’s super easy to use and figure out — the timer, different colors, and brightnesses are nice. maybe it’s just not for me.

Works well. It was smaller than what I expected, but I don't need a bigger unit. It puts out a lot of light and perfect for my needs. Like that it has a timer on it. Would recommend for anyone needing some light in the wintertime.

You can dim the light as low as you want or make it brighter. It can get VERY bright! There are also different hues of white light to choose from and you can set it on a timer or run it all day. This is easy to use, sturdy and lightweight.

Has multiple brightness choices. I appreciate being able to make it bright like the sun or cool it down if I want. My box came with instructions. The light is easy to set up and use immediately. It has helped SAD. I am benefitting from this little gadget. Takes a little getting used to the fact that the controls on right on top, in the back. Their sensitivity makes them easy to use, but if I grab the fixture at the top to adjust it, it's easy to accidentally change the brightness. It's also easy to put it back the way it was.

This lamp is not quite as nice as I was hoping for, though for the price, it’s still pretty good. I think it definitely works in terms of the mood stuff. I am currently sleeping in a room with no windows and I really needed it. And although it’s more of a personal lamp than a room lamp, it’s plenty bright enough. Where it’s a bit of a let down is on the simplicity of the settings. I had gotten the impression it could do a gradual sunrise/sunset transition for waking and sleeping. In a very crude way, I guess that’s true. But really it’s just 4 different light strength settings you can set to toggle between over a 15-60 min timer. Also, the orange color is very off putting. Do not like. The other light wavelengths are fine though. All in all, if you’re looking more for affordability than style, this will probably do the trick. If you want something more sophisticated though, keep looking.
