How great it tastes

Did the trick in giving the Rogan Josh dish it's colour and went a long way in helping create the unique taste of the dish.

Switched to this brand after concerns in the media over contamination of another brand. Great colour and depth of flavour and aroma when used in a Ruby curry. Excellent value and quick delivery.

Very much like this Kashmiri chilli - good size container too. Nothing harsh about it and blends well with other ingredients. Warming rather than hot - would buy this brand again but sadly still out of stock. Highly recommend!

The peppers are great. Just add warm water to softened it up. Depending on how hot you want your dishes to be...,for me and my husband 4 peppers are more than spicy for us. I do not consider this peppers to be mild, maybe for others who can tolerate really spicy food, this is mild for them, but the 4 pieces I put in my curry is very spicy for us. I can feel the heat at the back of my mouth. It is "spicy"Maybe part of it also is that I used curry meat powder . Next time...I will only use 3. We are not really into sooo spicy curry. Anyway, These peppers are really good...the color it gives to the dish is more intense than any other peppers I use. As for the taste...well, dried peppers do not give the same flavor as the fresh ones. All I can say is it's hot! Goodluck you guys! Happy cooking and gooood eating.
