Well worth the money
OK, now to be honest, you will have to soak these gems. I placed them in boiling water for 10 minutes and then I let them soak for around two hours. The result, a beautiful outer crunch, Juicy inside, and a creamy sweet flavour and a coconut texture. Well worth the money.

Not a nut!!
I found them very hard to chew when raw, very crunchy when cooked in soup. Not at all like a nut.

A rip off
Tasteless and very hard to chew. Shocking and in the bin. Supposedly best before 30/1/2027 but well past it already.

Delicious
Delicious! To me they taste like sweet almonds (without the nasty lectins). Perfect. Thank you.

Tasty snack
I use them to make milk then dehydrate the pulp. They are nice alternatives to snacks though. you'll need to soak them first. They taste like a nut with a sweet kick. I can eat them on the autoimmune protocol(AIP) because they are not really nuts but make a tasty snack, milk or flour
