I’m not sure if it’s because I finally left a miserable job, or if it’s this probiotic, but my mood has significantly improved since taking this. I often struggle with anxiety and depression, and pretty intense PMS. My mood has felt calm, happy, and just overall balanced. Which is truly an incredible thing for me. I personally think it’s safe to say that these probiotics can take a huge portion of the credit for this improvement to my mental health. I will continue to purchase this in the future!

The seem to be a good quality product. I have a subscription for my husband so they come every month. They don’t seem to bother his stomach at all and are easy enough to swallow. Never had an issues so will keep on buying them.

I am sensitive to medications and supplements are no different. I’m only on day 3 of one pill/day; which is only half the daily dose. My tummy is sensitive & a little crampy. I have the urge to go more frequently but not productive. I decided to increase water intake. I can tell something is happening idk how to describe - I’m being scrubbed clean at a cellular level so maybe a major clean out coming soon. 🤣 Obviously I am only acclimating. I read several reviews but did not see anyone break down how it affected them over time so that is why I’m posting early. Will update as things progress. My son is on day 3 of half does as well but he has noticed no changes yet.

This is the better probiotics ive gotten. Usually I get bloated or a stomach ache the first few days. But I feel better with this product. Storage and price make it a great buy.

Taking this makes going through perimenopause easier. My mood is not as all over the place and my husband certainly knows when I haven’t taken this for a few days. Would recommend to anyone looking to stabilize their moods.
