Extremely disappointed with Safari. The stitching quality is pathetic — stitches start coming apart within 2–3 months of normal use. This clearly shows how poor the build quality is. If you’re planning to buy this product because Safari claims to offer warranty, don’t fall for it. The warranty is almost useless. My warranty replacement was approved 45–50 days ago, and till now it is still pending with no dispatch. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Every time you call, they give the same scripted response: “Please wait 4–5 days, it’s in progress.” No proper update, no written communication, no accountability — just endless waiting. There has been zero communication from Safari about the delay, and you are left chasing them every week with no result. Overall, this brand is not reliable, neither in product quality nor in after-sales service. Don’t waste your money. Don’t go for any Safari product.

Bag color is very nice , space is also enough but quality is little bit poor. stitches of water bottle pocket space is broken with in two days use only. overall it should be some better quality as per the selling price

I’m really happy with my purchase of the Safari Blue bag! The color is vibrant. The bag is durable and has inbuilt good quality rain cover which is something I really appreciate. The bag itself is spacious and well-designed, making it perfect for everyday use. Overall, it feels sturdy and looks stylish. Definitely worth the money – I highly recommend it!
