Alpha GPC

I'll keep this brief: if you're currently or contemplating taking nootropics (piracetam, aniracetam), then taking a choline supplement is a must if you're choline sensitive. Basically, these nootropics devour choline in the brain in order to work, and a good majority of the people can't replace their brain's supply of choline quickly enough. I started taking aniracetam without a choline supplement, and everything was fine for a few days. All of the sudden, I would get a terrible headache in the evening (I never get headaches). I wanted to see if it was due to a dearth of choline, so I ate some eggs with the yolks, and the headache vanished after a few hours. The next day I ran to GNC and bought their choline bitartrate supplement. It dampened the oncoming headache, but I still didn't feel great. This pattern repeated itself for a few more days. I was also panicky. I did some more research, and people who ingest nootropics HIGHLY recommended taking Alpha GPC in conjunction with one of the -racetams. I was sick of the headaches, so I figured what the heck, I'll try it. Between this product and a competitor's was nary a price difference, but since I've consumed Jarrow products before and know they're high quality, I decided to go with Jarrow. I IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference when taking this product with aniracetam. My concentration greatly improved, and I would sit down and work for an hour without even thinking about it. The concentration effect lasts for 4-6 hours. I was also a little panicky before on 750mg of aniracetam, but anxiety is now suppressed. But best of all, no more headaches. In short, get this product if you desire to dabble with any of the -racetams and are choline sensitive. To find out if you're sensitive, start consuming one of the -racetams, and if you get a headache within the first few weeks, then you'll know.

I am finishing my second bottle of alpha GPC, two capsules a day, and I have had no problem with it causing any unexpected effects. I will admit that I have not noticed any changes upon using this supplement, but I wasn't really expecting to notice anything in particular. I do take a fair number of supplements, but the only things I have tried to aid my brain and nervous system and memory functioning are this product and NOW phosphaditylserine, which I also have been using for a trial period of a couple of bottles simultaneously to this product. I believe that these two supplements help under the surface where the effects are real but not necessarily obvious on a day to day level, and I trust that this is what has been happening. Unfortunately, this has made me reach the decision to not reorder simply because of the significant cost of this product on a monthly basis and the fact that I had to make some choices among the supplements that I need the most. I do feel that this is a good quality product and an excellent value for a generally somewhat expensive supplement. Definitely the best value among other types of choline supplements, as recommended by Consumer Lab, a third party supplement testing and review group, especially comparing dose for dose with any form of the more well known citicholine, or Cognazin (TM), which is much less potent.. I highly recommend using the alpha GPC for someone who really needs help in this area. It is just not within my budget for now..And I believe it is normal not to feel some dramatic change upon taking any form of choline, even the more powerful alpha GPC, but it is still doing its job over the long term.

Alpha GPC is the best form of choline, have taken it for years. This order expiration date is 11/24, and these are not as potent. I was asking Amazon for a replacement but they just refunded and suggested I check local stores on the exp date or to call Jarrow directly. Will do.

I began taking Jarrow Alpha GPC in conjunction with Jarrow Citicoline at the end of May 2014 because of cognitive symptoms that resembled those reported from long-term use of anticholinergics. I started the supplements based on reviews here on Amazon (thank you!) I noticed an improvement in short-term memory within 24 hours. I take 1 capsule of each with breakfast daily. I have seen cumulative cognitive function improvements over the past months since starting this regimen. Because this has been so successful, I added a number of other supplements over the year. I can find no information about the pros or cons of taking both these supplements together. I most recently added Jarrow PS-100 to my morning regimen because I found a nonGMO, non soy version here on Amazon. I am comfortable with the Jarrow brand for the present. They are involved in clinical studies and in working with academic researchers. I contacted Jarrow when I began using their supplements to find out where they are manufactured, and they said in California. I don't see that listed on their website currently so I am going to contact them again to see if that has changed, as it was one of the important factors in making my decision on what brand to purchase. I'll update this review when I hear back from them. Fantastic product. I never leave reviews almost ever but if you are choline deficient or would like to biohack your attention, focus, and memory, then this is the supplement for you.

It works!!! Your mood will change. You will start and finish most unfinished goals. It will keep you engaged doing what you ought to do. The only thing is you wont realise it when you are on it. Going to stack it with something new. But this works. You will see the difference in twenty mins. Try it. Wont regret it. Seller is good. Will definitely buy again.

A very good product definitely helps

Giving 4stars but can't sure if it deserve 4stars or should be less, one pill definitely can't identify it's work on body, I taken 7 pills to notice it's results in workout but after so big dose can't say clearly if it's work well or not, not clear difference shown body feel same lack of confidence like without using it, I am not sure how to notice difference of this costly product.

I am taking it but it is not working.I don't know why .....

I m using it, let us see result after two months.
