The Art of The Batman: The Official Behind-The-Scenes Companion to the Film

Invaluable for the project I am working on for a charity event. Worth every penny. Amazing insight into how the movie, sets, characters, gadgets and costumes were designed and made.

A great book to have if you're a fan of the film - the development of the suit, weapons and especially the motorcycle and batmobile are excellent - lots of sketches, photographs and information on how everything came to life. great book.

He's a huge Batman fan, love's it!

I Absolutely loved the film, so I was looking forward to getting this and I wasn’t disappointed. Beautifully laid out from, with so much behind the scenes Info about the film. Worth every penny

Came a little damaged in the corner which is annoying because it was a gift, so packaging could be better but aside from that it was great

well compiled series of intelligent commentaries, gorgeous concept art and stills for a super good book. really enhances the film :)

A great companion book to Matt Reeves’ masterpiece. Chock full of exquisite images and behind the scenes tidbits that will satisfy any Batman fan. Highly recommend!

This is a great book, and I really mean that. The illustrations are excellent; especially exciting are the sections on the Batmobile and the gloomy look of Gotham City. However, I am taking two stars off for the condition of the cover. It’s made quite cheaply, and the absurd amount of wrinkles and dimples on both the inside cover and the outside cover make it a return for me. I am hoping that you get a better looking copy than I received! I will update/upgrade my review should the replacement look better. EDIT: The replacement did look better, but still not what I would expect from a brand new book. I am not that picky, but I have bought thousands of books during my life, and they have never looked like this. If there weren’t such differences between the two copies I have perused, I might have thought that the flaws are some weird artistic statement. But there are, and they are not.
